Juneteenth Celebration 2026 is a vibrant and significant event honoring the emancipation of African American slaves in the United States. This year's celebration will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Water Street Plaza Amphitheater in Henderson, NV.

The celebration will feature live music, delicious food, cultural performances, and activities for all ages. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the historical significance of Juneteenth, reflect on the progress made towards equality, and celebrate the rich heritage and contributions of the African American community.

POWER REQUIREMENTS Power will not be provided by the City; applicants must be fully self-contained with regards to power. Any generators, electrical cords and cord covering and any/all power equipment are to be supplied by the applicant. All electrical appliances, including personal generators, spider boxes, cords and plugs must be electrically sound, in good working condition, no smoke, no smog and no excessive sound. EQUIPMENT REQUEST Equipment will not be provided by the City; applicant space will be 10’ by 10’ with a maximum of two spaces (extra space at additional cost) upon request:
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT By the submitting of this application to participate in Gospel Fest, Saturday, February 1, 2025 the applicant, its officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives and/or members agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Exclusive Creative Events and the City of Henderson - municipal corporation; its agents, employees, elected officials, volunteers and/or representatives, from and against any loss, claim of loss, injury including but not limited to personal injury, damage including but not limited to property damage, liability or other expense including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and court costs claimed by or resulting from a third party or the applicant or any officer, director, agent, employee, representative of the applicant that arises out of, or is in any manner related to, any act or failure to act by the applicant, its officers, directors, agent, employees, representatives, and/or members in connection with the applicant's participation in this event. The undersigned has read this agreement carefully, agrees to comply with the rules and regulations, and represents that he/she has the authority to execute this agreement on behalf of the party for whom he/she is signing.
