Exclusive Creative Event Design – General Rules and Regulations

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Applicant will be responsible for completing, signing and returning items A and B to Exclusive Creative Events Design: A. Upon receipt of signed vendor acceptance agreement review and approval, a link will be emailed for payment of your deposit and vendor space fee. (Your vendor space will be assigned once all vendors have been approved and accepted). B. Applicants are responsible for and must have all appropriate licenses and permits required by the city, county, and state. Mandatory Vendor Check-In/Check-out:

 

2. Vendors participating in Saturday event: Check in 8:00 AM-10:00 AM, Saturday, February 7th, 2026, Water Street Plaza Amphitheater at 240 S. Water Street, Henderson, NV 89015. Move-In begins after the applicant has completed the check-in process. Applicants must be checked-In by 10:00 am. NO EXCEPTIONS. Applicants must have all vehicles out of the booth and event area and be completely set up and ready for inspection 1 hour prior to event start. All applicants must participate and operate for the duration of the event. Vendor Show hours will start 10:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM.

 

3. Teardown is not permitted until after the Vendor Show at 4:00 PM and the patrons have cleared the event area. No early teardown. Area will be completely torn down and cleared of all litter prior to 5:00pm Saturday, February 7, 2026.

 

4. Personal vehicles are not permitted in the booth area during event hours. Vendors must park all vehicles, including tow-vehicles, in available parking areas.

 

5.  No participant may conduct business “strolling” throughout the event grounds or post signage or advertising materials of any kind outside of their immediate pre-assigned booth space. This includes any vehicles used for vendor’s advertising purposes: A-frame signs, banners, posters, flyers, etc. Failure could result in dismissal from the event entirely.

 

6. All participants must display official vendor booth # card within their booth setup area.

 

7. It is the organization’s responsibility to maintain the appearance around their booth. This includes trash disposal of waste created inside and outside the booth.

 

8. Participants are responsible for their own booth, equipment, setup and teardown (beyond what has been pre-arranged with the City). Spaces provided cannot be moved, relocated, sublet or resold. Vendors must conduct business only in the space provided and not throughout the event.

 

9. Vendors may not display knives or weapons of any kind, along with any items deemed distasteful or non- family oriented. Additional prohibited products include but are not limited to products or services that are substantially derived from the sale of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, vapor products, gambling, firearms, or sexually explicit or inappropriate materials. Display of these items will result in dismissal from the event without a refund, and possible non-acceptance for future events.

 

10. All participants are required to check out at the end of the event through the official checkout process.

 

11.  NEVADA SALES TAX: Vendors shall collect State of Nevada sales taxes amounting to (8.375%) of gross sales. One Time Sales Tax Return Forms will be provided by Exclusive Creative Events Design. Vendors are responsible for reporting all taxable sales and for turning in completed One Time Sales Tax Return Form and a Check or Money Order for All sales tax money shall be made payable to the Nevada Department of Taxation. Vendors shall be liable for all penalties, interest and fees that may be imposed by any agency for the collection of said taxes. If sales tax is not charged separately, vendors must post a sign stating, “Sales Tax Included in Purchase Price.” Nevada Department of Taxation, 700 E. 12. Applicants are required to file sales taxes due using their Business Tax ID #. Vendors remitting Nevada Sales Tax collected throughout the show will complete a One Time Sales Tax Return form and are required to submit funds in the form of a CHECK OR MONEY ORDER for payment. Checks are to be made payable to Nevada Department of Taxation during Check-Out. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Move-In begins after the applicant has completed the check-in process. Applicants must be checked-In by 3:00 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
